CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP), a two-year development track to become a full-stack automation engineer within ISTS. The program supports an IT organization delivering software-driven enterprise solutions and cloud-native approaches.

You will learn, train, and work on projects across IT Security, Automation, Network, Cloud, and AI/ML domains, with hands-on experience and mentorship in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud concepts/providers (Azure, GCP, AWS) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data integration and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with cybersecurity and NIST/MITRE ATT&CK framework compliance.
• AI/ML concepts strongly preferred.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assisting in the support of existing applications and/or development efforts.
• Writing high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Proactively monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Creating and executing required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Sharing knowledge openly and willingly with other IT personnel.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban).
