Qualifications

• 2+ years high-volume, full cycle recruiting in light industrial capacity.
• Experience at a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment.
• Documented history of business development, cold calling, and building client portfolios.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills (CRM experience preferred).
• Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to offer strategic consultative support to customers to meet client needs.
• Customer-centric approach with collaboration across prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR.

Responsabilités

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Bullhorn.
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment and selection.
• Cold call 20-30 prospective customers daily and document outreach activity in HubSpot.
• Developing business with strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and with local businesses.
• Expanding and retaining customers, increasing market share and achieving sales metrics.
• Building and developing proposals and pricing models.
