Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting VP and C-suite executives
• Strong executive search methodologies and leadership assessment
• Ability to build internal leadership pipelines and reduce external agency reliance
• Strong relationship-building with senior executives and candidates
• Proficiency with professional networks and recruiting tools

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for executive and senior leadership roles
• Source, attract and engage VP and C-suite candidates using executive search strategies
• Develop long-term relationships with current and prospective leaders
• Utilize social media and platforms to identify senior-level talent
• Support internal leadership talent pipelines for succession planning
• Track career progression and provide leadership talent insights
• Provide talent intelligence to inform planning and development
• Monitor market trends to support workforce planning
• Align recruitment with organizational priorities
