Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Therapists and Senior Behavior Therapists in a remote role aligned to US Eastern hours. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while building strong pipelines across centers.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in high-volume hiring. Proficiency in English, ATS systems, and AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and coordinating high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and AI recruitment tools.
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours, which will require overnight work in the Philippines.
• Must have a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow established recruitment processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Behavior Therapists and Senior Behavior Therapists, from sourcing to offers.
• Handle a high volume of roles across ANNA’s centers, prioritizing needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and managers to ensure smooth processes.
• Contribute to recruitment operations, tracking metrics and improving workflows.
