Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire professionals for ABA and behavioral health teams, including BTs and RBTs. This remote role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, pipeline development, and partnering with hiring leaders to meet staffing goals while keeping a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or similar ABA roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Results-driven with ability to track KPIs and manage multiple requisitions.
• Proactive pipeline building and effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment: build strong pipelines via targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and platforms.
• Drive recruiting KPIs: monitor time-to-fill, conversion, offers, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Partner with hiring leaders: align on priorities, qualifications, and timelines.
• Maintain timely communication, follow-up, and a professional hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records: document candidate info, requisition status, and activity.
• Improve outcomes: identify bottlenecks and use data to improve productivity and quality.
