Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Recruiting Consultant to own the full-cycle recruiting process for direct-hire roles, acting as a hands-on recruiter and trusted partner to clients and hiring managers—bringing strong recruiting expertise, market insight, and a high level of service to every search.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, develop effective strategies, identify top talent, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or agency environments.
• Experience recruiting direct-hire/permanent positions.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and clients.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire positions from intake through placement.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and engage top talent via multiple channels.
• Guide candidates through interview and offer processes with clients.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future searches.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, market conditions, and timelines.
• Partner with Sales or Account Management to align recruiting with client strategy.
