Fusion Education Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple districts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. This remote role supports several states, including Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leaders.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Partner with managers and regional leaders to plan hiring.
• Provide market insights and recruitment best practices.
• Build talent pipelines across multiple regions and campuses.
• Conduct phone and Zoom interviews to assess fit.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout.
