Fusion Education Group seeks an experienced recruiter to partner with hiring managers and regional leaders across districts to attract and hire top talent. You will manage the full-cycle process and deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to influence decisions while building talent pipelines across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in multi-location or fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to influence decisions and strategies.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and referrals.
• Experience recruiting for sales positions is preferred.
• Ability to attract and engage passive talent.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand needs and build strategies.
• Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and best practices.
• Build partnerships across regions and campuses to support talent needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct phone and Zoom interviews to assess fit and culture.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage multiple openings while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Leverage recruiting tech, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Monitor metrics and use data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Participate in employer branding and TA events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
