Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in RPO, agency, or in-house talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and recruiting CRM tools, plus comfort with simple reports.
• Highly organized and reliable, with a track record of hitting weekly goals.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable home setup and consistent availability during client business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process for open positions: sourcing, screening, and closing offers.
• Keep the ATS clean and maintain a talent network for faster searches.
• Submit qualified candidates with clear write-ups to aid hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed at every step.
• Support background checks and pre-start steps while maintaining timely communication.
