Job summary

Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) is seeking a relationship-driven Recruiter to own the full recruiting process for open roles, including sourcing, screening, and helping close offers. You will keep the ATS clean and build a strong talent network to speed future searches.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, writing concise candidate write-ups, and supporting background checks and pre-start steps while maintaining clear communication with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in RPO, agency, or in-house TA.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and recruiting CRM tools, plus comfort with simple reports.
• Highly organized and reliable, with a track record of hitting weekly goals.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable home setup and consistent availability during client business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process for open positions: sourcing, screening, and helping close offers.
• Keep the ATS clean and provide candidates and hiring managers with a smooth experience.
• Build a talent network to accelerate searches and improve fill times.
• Submit qualified candidates with clear write-ups and coordinate interviews.
• Support background checks and pre-start steps, and provide timely updates.
