You will source, screen, and help close offers while maintaining an organized ATS and delivering a smooth candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews, share concise candidate write-ups, and build a strong talent network to accelerate future searches.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in RPO, agency, or in-house talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process for open positions: sourcing, screening, and helping close offers.
• Keep the ATS clean and provide smooth candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Build a talent network to speed future searches.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback to keep candidates informed at every step.
• Support background checks and pre-start steps.
