Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across its multi-state operations. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to craft strategies, screens, interviews, and offers, while ensuring timely communication and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings and hiring managers.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Dayforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions from intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define qualifications, compensation, timelines, and plans.
• Adapt recruiting strategies for high-volume and specialized roles by geography and launch timelines.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens and coordinate interviews with timely communication.
• Analyze hiring data and market information to adjust sourcing approaches.
