Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard field reps, primarily 1099 contract merchandisers.
• Identify gaps in coverage, prioritize markets, and solve hard-to-fill territories.
• Tap into referrals, local networks, niche platforms, and new channels.
• Ensure timely, clear, and consistent candidate communication to convert to hires.
• Track funnel performance and optimize recruiting strategies.
