Franklin Energy is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple states. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to design qualification criteria, manage timelines, and optimize candidate experience in Dayforce.

You will support staffing for ongoing operations, new contracts, and program launches, ensuring timely communication, compliant documentation, and a smooth hiring process aligned with company policy and programs.

Formación

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings and hiring managers.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidates, offers, and hiring records; Dayforce experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed teams or high-volume, technical, utility, energy-efficiency, or field-based roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer and handoff to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define qualifications, compensation parameters, timelines, and selection plans; provide timely updates and relevant market guidance.
• Adapt recruiting strategies for high-volume and specialized roles based on geography, business requirements, and launch timelines.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens, assess job-related qualifications, document findings, and recommend candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, document selection decisions, and maintain timely, respectful, and transparent candidate communication.
