Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations for Energy Systems locations, owning key lifecycle processes from recruiting to offboarding.

You will drive engagement, ensure compliant practices, and partner with site leaders on workforce planning and talent development. The role requires multi-site HR ownership, strong policy application, and the ability to deliver consistent HR services across locations while maintaining ISO compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, owning multiple HR processes.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, leave/accommodation administration, and performance management.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations/multi-site or matrixed environments preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across assigned locations.
• Lead energy segment leave administration, recruiting, and employee engagement with consistent practices.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing priorities, and retention or succession needs.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for all roles and coordinate intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and metrics.
• Manage leave and accommodation administration with payroll, benefits, and third-party administrators.
• Maintain training compliance tracking, reporting, and ISO audit readiness for the Energy segment.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance on performance management, development, corrective action, and employee relations matters; escalate as needed.
• Lead workplace investigations and support separations in partnership with HR leadership and Legal.
