Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting remotely, with focus on sourcing and building candidate pipelines.

You will partner with schools on hiring best practices, share market insights, and deliver a human-centered experience for candidates and hiring leaders across multiple states. You will manage high-priority openings, triage urgent requests, and use the ATS and job boards to maintain operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role.
