Job summary

Braille Works in Florida seeks a detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member to produce and ship accurate physical media (print, embossed, braille, audio) in accordance with client specs and priority SLAs. This execution-focused role handles materials, processes, and shipments within established workflows.

You will work in a remote-enabled environment with occasional on-site needs, maintain productivity and accuracy, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 0–2 years of related experience in production or fulfillment.
• Ability to follow workflows, procedures, and specifications consistently.
• Ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and throughput expectations in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, high-quality physical materials (print, embossed, burning, and assembled products) per standards and client specs.
• Complete assigned work in sequence, prioritizing rush/jobs to support SLA performance.
• Inspect and verify work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to release or shipment.
• Perform fulfillment and shipping functions: sorting, packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for distribution.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and throughput targets per performance metrics.
• Follow established workflows and escalate issues impacting quality or deadlines.
