Job summary

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company delivering nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. The role of Fulfillment Associate at the Boynton Beach facility focuses on accurately packing and shipping outbound orders, while supporting inbound shipments and inventory replenishment.

You’ll move materials with pallet jacks, maintain safety of the workspace, and collaborate to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in packing and shipping outbound orders.
• Ability to follow established SOPs and safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
• Prepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are met
• Assist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as needed
• Occasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facility
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practices
• Monitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management, and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operational
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlines
• Follow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheld
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
