Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company delivering diagnosis, medications, and ongoing care. The Fulfillment Associate role in Boynton Beach focuses on accurately packing and shipping outbound orders, with inbound support and inventory replenishment as needed.

You will operate pallet jacks, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate to meet daily shipping targets in a fast-paced facility. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently per SOPs.
• Prepare shipments by building boxes and materials for timely dispatch.
• Assist with receipt and organization of incoming inventory.
• Occasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish fulfillment inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
• Follow workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support daily operations.
• Perform additional fulfillment tasks as assigned by supervisors.
