Job summary

DirectMeds, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Fulfillment Care Specialist to support patients with shipping and delivery concerns. You will investigate shipment issues, coordinate with pharmacies and logistics partners, and own escalations from start to resolution.

This role suits a problem-solver who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Training is provided with standard onboarding and MST shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping-related escalations (delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete).
• Investigate shipment concerns using carrier tracking systems and PODs.
• Communicate updates with patients and resolve timelines.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, logistics teams, and carriers.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurate escalation tickets.
• Monitor queues and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify recurring concerns and report trends to leadership.
• Keep records of investigations and patient interactions.
• Provide empathetic, professional support to patients.
• Follow shipping protocols and escalation procedures.
• Prioritize urgent cases in a fast-paced environment.
