Job summary

CHENEGA INDUSTRIAL GROUP, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager-Fuels to oversee project financial deliverables and provide contract guidance across fuels service lines. Remote work is permitted, with comprehensive oversight of EACs, budgets, AP/AR and invoicing across projects.

Qualifications

Requires 8+ years of project controls/contract administration experience in government fueling systems.
Experience with government billing and invoicing systems such as WAWF.
Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools (MS Projects, P6).
Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Review/Support for all fuels program EACs, budgets and AP/AR processing.
Oversee project financial activities including monthly client invoices and sub-contractor invoicing and revenue tracking.
Communicate effectively with assigned team members and support teams to meet client requirements.
Support Senior Leadership in annual budget development and execution.
Support monthly financial reviews discussing cash flow, budgets and invoicing.
