Olgoonik Corporation seeks an experienced Fuels Operations Supervisor/Expediter/ATM to oversee the scheduling and disposition of material, and to coordinate with travel personnel, vendors, and maintenance teams for fueling operations at Naval Base Ventura County, CA. The role emphasizes safe, efficient daily production and leadership of the fuels workforce.

The position requires extensive fuels experience, supervisory background, and knowledge of DoD fuels management practices, with a focus on

Qualifications

Six years’ experience in fuels is required.
Three years in base level general fuels and three years in a fuel’s managerial capacity.
Six years of supervisory experience including administrative actions and recruitment preferred.
Two years’ experience in Government Fuels specialty or civilian equivalency.
Knowledge of DoD fuels management instructions and procedures; safety and storage methods.
Completed the DLA Fuels RO Course.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing materials and manifests.
Communicate with vendors on materials issues and fuel movement.
Supervise hydrant refueling, mobile refueling, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure safety and efficiency actions directed by the RCC are completed.
Establish and oversee daily preventive maintenance for fueling equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with vehicle maintenance on schedule maintenance and deficiencies.
Review aircraft flying schedules to ensure resources are available for fueling operations.
