Job summary

CHENEGA INDUSTRIAL GROUP, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager-Fuels for a 100% remote role. You will manage financial deliverables across fuels projects and provide contract guidance for all fuels service lines.

The role requires eight or more years in project controls/contract administration on government fueling programs, with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, P6 scheduling, Deltek Costpoint and WAWF for invoicing and reports.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction, Business Management or Engineering.
• Minimum eight years’ project controls/contract administrative experience on government/DOD fueling systems repair or maintenance contracts.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Review/Support for all fuels program EACs, Budgets and AP/AR processing.
• Oversight/Review of project financial activities including monthly client invoices and status reports, sub-contractor invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Communicate effectively with team members and company support teams to meet client project requirements.
• Support Senior Leadership in annual budget development and execution.
• Support monthly financial reviews covering cash flow, budgets and pay applications.
• Build, update and maintain project schedules to ensure timely proposals and invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.
