Job summary

CHENEGA INDUSTRIAL GROUP, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager-Fuels to oversee the management of all Fuel’s project and program financial deliverables and provide contract guidance across fuels service lines. This remote role supports budgeting, monthly invoicing, schedules and compliance, with 100% remote work and potential travel as needed to meet client requirements.

• B.S. in Construction, Business Management or Engineering
• Minimum eight (8) years’ project controls/contract administrative experience on government/DOD fueling systems repair (SRM) and maintenance or construction industry contracts.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Review/Support for all fuels program EAC’s, Budgets and AP/AR processing.
• Oversight/Review of project financial activities for all projects to include monthly client invoices and status reports, sub-contractor invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Communicate effectively with assigned team members, as well as company support teams as needed to meet client project/program requirements
• Support Senior Leadership in preparation of annual budget development and execution.
• Support monthly financial business reviews discussing, financial performance on all projects in Fuels to include cash flow, project budgets, and timely subcontractor/vendor pay applications, etc.

The Operations Manager-Fuels shall be responsible for the management of all Fuel’s project and program financial deliverables as well as providing contract guidance for all fuels service lines.

Responsibilities

• Review/Support for all fuels program EAC’s, Budgets and AP/AR processing.
• Oversight/Review of project financial activities for all projects to include monthly client invoices and status reports, sub-contractor invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Communicate effectively with assigned team members, as well as company support teams as needed to meet client project/program requirements
• Support Senior Leadership in preparation of annual budget development and execution.
• Support monthly financial business reviews discussing, financial performance on all projects in Fuels to include cash flow, project budgets, and timely subcontractor/vendor pay applications, etc.
• Build, update and maintain project schedules to insure timely proposal submittals and monthly invoicing submittals.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction, Business Management or Engineering
• Minimum eight (8) years’ project controls/contract administrative experience on government/DOD fueling systems repair (SRM) and maintenance or construction industry contracts.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, to include Microsoft projects
• Proficient with P6 scheduling suite
• Familiar in Deltek (Costpoint) financial platform
• Knowledge of government billing and invoicing system (WAWF)
• Ability to prepare, review and approve monthly CPMSR’s and SOV’s for project invoicing.
• Knowledge of FAR procurement, contracting and invoicing requirements.

Physical Demands:

• Sufficient fine motor skill for use of computers, calculator with an ability to withstand repetitive keyboarding for extended periods of time
• Visual, auditory and communication abilities sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• Ability to kneel bend and twist at the waist on an occasional basis,
• Ability to push, pull, carry and lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis and more on an occasional basis
• Ability to travel by plane and safely operational a motor vehicle.
