The role involves coordinating with ASC, environmental engineers, and internal teams to resolve complex assignments and drive compliance. The position requires strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills, with exposure to UST/AST systems, ATG, sensors, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five or more years of fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience.
• 1-3 years of customer relationship-building experience.
• Advanced proficiency in language/communications for positive customer experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom customer solutions.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met using a work order management system.
• Provide clear communications/updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies and SOPs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Obtain, review, and approve repair quotes; support capital projects as directed.
• Monitor and report on KPI performance.
• Lead or support policy/procedure development for fuel operations.
