Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Fuel Program Manager to lead the company-wide fuel strategy. You will oversee fuel purchasing, planning, card controls, fraud prevention, reporting, and data analysis to drive efficiency and cost savings across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of fuel management and fleet operations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with Excel.
• Ability to independently manage the company’s fuel management program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the fuel management program.
• Develop and maintain fuel policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage fuel purchasing, fueling plans, and utilization by location.
• Track and cancel fuel cards; monitor transactions for fraud.
• Prepare regular reports on fuel costs, utilization, and efficiency.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for fuel management.
