Job summary

Conexon is seeking a Service and Installation Supervisor to lead field teams across the East region for fiber-to-the-home projects. You will hire/train personnel, oversee technicians, ensure tools and equipment readiness, and coordinate service delivery with co-op clients.

This remote-based position requires strong leadership, field operations experience, and the ability to manage schedules, incidents, and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in fiber optic ISP operations/construction.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train personnel on service and installation processes.
• Provide leadership to Connect Fiber Optic Technicians.
• Oversee fleet operation and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage service technician scheduling and reporting.
• Support storm restoration and damage notifications processes.
• Assist with escalated customer issues as required.
