Job summary

Conexon is seeking a Service and Installation Supervisor to lead field teams in the Florida Panhandle region with remote work options. You will hire, train, and oversee technicians, manage inventory and schedules, and coordinate with project managers on fiber deployments.

The role requires fiber-ISP operations experience, strong leadership, and ability to work independently with limited supervision while traveling within the designated region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in fiber optic ISP operations/construction field.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use optical test equipment including fusion splicers and OTDRs.
• Valid to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train personnel on service and installation processes.
• Provide leadership to Connect Fiber Optic Technicians.
• Ensure field personnel have tools and equipment.
• Oversee inventory for CPE and materials.
• Manage fleet drivers and vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule service technicians and oversee reporting.
• Support storm restoration service process and field verification.
