Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Financial Services Litigation Partner to lead cases involving FINRA and broker-dealer defense. The role offers remote or hybrid work with generous benefits and an emphasis on client development.

Applicants must be licensed in the relevant state and bring 10+ years of FS litigation experience, including investigations and regulatory actions. A portable book is a plus and unlimited PTO is available.

Qualifications

• Active law license in the U.S., with bar admission in the relevant state.
• 10+ years in financial services litigation.
• Experience with FINRA, AAA arbitration and regulatory investigations.
• Experience defending financial professionals in state and federal court or regulatory actions.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters from intake to resolution.
• Provide clients with strategic guidance and regular case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance.
