Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Financial Services Litigation Partner to handle FINRA/AAA arbitration and regulatory matters within a flexible remote or hybrid work setup. The role supports a growing national practice and offers a path to develop client relationships and grow the practice.

You will lead matters from intake to resolution, provide strategic guidance to clients, and collaborate across offices while advising on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state where you live.
• 10+ years of financial services litigation experience.
• FINRA, AAA, and other arbitration experience for broker-dealers, RIAs, and financial professionals.
• Experience responding to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
• Experience defending financial services professionals in state and federal court.
• Experience representing insurance agents in professional liability claims.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills, and the ability to run multiple matters independently.

• Manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters from intake to resolution.
• Give clients strategic guidance and regular case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance.
