Jobot is seeking a Financial Services Litigation Partner for a Miami, FL role offering remote or hybrid work arrangements. You will lead your own matters, advise clients through arbitration, regulatory investigations, and court disputes, and collaborate with colleagues across offices to grow a premier practice in financial services litigation.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, Florida Bar admission, and a portable book of business is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in the state where you live.
• 10+ years of financial services litigation experience.
• FINRA, AAA, and other arbitration experience for broker-dealers, RIAs, and financial professionals.
• Experience responding to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
• Experience defending financial services professionals in state and federal court.
• Experience representing insurance agents in professional liability claims.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills, ability to run multiple matters independently.
