Innovative Driven is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Brokerage and Institutional Litigation team on a fully remote, long-term basis. The role focuses on representing broker-dealers in customer disputes, regulatory matters, and related litigation.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of practice as a litigation attorney, a strong track record with FINRA arbitrations, and admission to the Bar in the state of residence.

• Experience representing broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations and regulatory actions.
• Active Bar license in state of residence.
• JD from a top law school.

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic attorney with at least five years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney, representing broker-dealers, to join the amazing Brokerage and Institutional Litigation team at one of our most well-established financial services clients! The firm is specifically looking for a talented attorney to support its retail brokerage and institutional business litigation team.

This amazing, open-ended, long-term REMOTE position will enable the attorney to work closely with the internal team of experienced litigators, managing and coordinating legal strategy in customer disputes and regulatory matters involving the firm’s retail brokerage and institutional business.

This position is expectedto offer 40+ hours a week, hourly pay, FULLY REMOTE, open-ended!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and regulatory submissions.
• Working with business unit partners to gather facts and develop case strategies.
• Interfacing with opposing counsel and outside counsel.
• Preparing for and handling hearings, interviews, and arbitrations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Bar license in state of residence
• JD from a top law school
• Previous experience as an attorney at a global law firm or financial services company is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney
• At least 5 years of experience representing broker-dealers in a variety of contexts, including FINRA arbitrations, State and Federal court proceedings, as well as FINRA, SEC and state regulatory investigations.
• FINRA arbitration experience is required.
