Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, identifying AI opportunities, architecting systems, and delivering production-grade AI solutions. You will work across consultancy, operation, and engineering roles, collaborating with executives and technical leads to validate business cases and ship scoped work rapidly.

You will own the data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy AI, while operating in regulated industries with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls.
Strong understanding of architecture paradigms such as RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, N8N, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLM APIs.
Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership and ability to manage project scope without PM supervision.
Experience with CI/CD in production environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience with large, complex systems.
Ability to take extreme ownership and align with client goals.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions to specs.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI products, with versioning and eval suites.
Operate (Day 2): monitoring, observability, drift management, handoff to client team.
Consult: present to leadership and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
