Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and shape AI solutions from discovery through production. You’ll balance consultancy, operations, and engineering, testing business cases with C-level partners and delivering scalable AI systems that survive in production.

Ideal candidates have strong data, retrieval, and model behavior focus, and can align with Fortune 500 clients on measurable outcomes while working in a regulated, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover, workshops, and process discovery with stakeholders; assess data readiness and AI problem validity.
• Structure process specifications for automation and ensure AI systems can execute against them.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context, retrieval, and integration.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI solutions, including prompt and context versioning and eval harnesses.
• Operate post-launch with observability, cost and latency management, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs, and business leadership; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
