Reddit is hiring a Frontend Engineer for Ads, focused on building ad experiences and high-quality web interfaces. This role is fully remote within the United States, with collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams to drive ads performance and UX improvements.

You will work on data-intensive, responsive apps, participate in design reviews, and contribute to testing and observability practices while communicating effectively with diverse teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Web Engineering.
• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with automated testing, code quality/design patterns, and observability.
• Skilled at performing insightful code reviews and giving/receiving feedback.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools to boost productivity.
• Excellent communication for fully remote collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app to enhance ads performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges.
• Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy.
