Qualifications

• 3+ years of Web Engineering experience.
• Experience building data-intensive, highly responsive apps.
• Experience with automated testing best practices and code quality.
• Strong code-review skills and openness to feedback.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools to boost productivity.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build Ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app that enhance ads’ performance and functionality.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to implement sophisticated solutions.
• Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy.
