• 3+ years of Web Engineering experience.
• Ability to tackle data-intensive, highly responsive, fault-tolerant apps.
• Experience with automated testing, code quality/design patterns, observability.
• Skilled at performing insightful code reviews and receiving feedback.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build Ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app to enhance ads performance and functionality.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement solutions for complex challenges.
