Job summary

Cvent, Inc. in Tysons/McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Development Representative intern who will build early-stage client relationships, schedule meetings, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

After four weeks of elite training, you’ll join a diverse sales team to help expand our client base while learning enterprise sales processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence; this role follows Cvent's hybrid policy with 2 in-office days at HQ in McLean, Virginia.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with graduation dates May 2028 or December 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for development teams.
• Facilitate meetings to encourage constructive communication and keep topics on track.
• Help establish release and sprint cadence and groom backlogs.
• Identify and escalate impediments and risks.
• Provide up-to-date metrics on team performance.
