Qualifications

• Students working towards a Bachelor's degree with graduation date May 2028 or December 2027.
• GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Software development and/or project management experience, knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition.
• Strong leadership, time management, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
• Situational Awareness - must notice issues and elevate them.
• Enthusiastic and high-energy.
• Drive for continual improvement.
• Quick learner with ability to grasp technical/business domains quickly.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Outstanding written and oral communication.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence preferred but not required.
• Ability to work remotely and in the office following hybrid policy (2 in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays at HQ in McLean, VA).
• No sponsorship/relocation or exceptions to graduation dates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings for development teams and facilitate productive discussions.
• Establish release and sprint cadence; manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with product owners to keep backlogs groomed.
• Provide accurate metrics on team performance and progress.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and promote agile practices.
• Support production issues and ensure SLA adherence.
• Contribute to Release Planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
