Job summary

Fresh Start Women's Foundation in Phoenix is seeking a Client Navigator to support women in navigating the Impact Program toward self-sufficiency. The role combines coaching, outreach, and referrals to connect clients with education, workforce training, and supportive services.

You will conduct intakes, set action steps, maintain client relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure access to resources. Some evenings/weekends may be required and transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Services, Social Work, Education, Non-Profit Management or related field, or two years of related case-management experience.
• Some nights and/or weekends required.
• Occasional overtime required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Occasionally lift to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes (Connect Sessions) and identify and navigate clients through individualized pathways.
• Support clients through the Impact Program journey by setting action steps toward involvement in education, workforce training, and other pillar programs.
• Provide external community referrals to services not in Fresh Start's program scope.
• Provide internal referrals and set appointments with appropriate Fresh Start staff.
• Build rapport and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure needs are met and progress is made.
• Collaborate with other Client Navigators and departments to coordinate resources and support.
• Support outreach efforts in the community and with partner organizations.
• Assist with department programs and organization-wide client-facing events.
• Other duties as assigned.
