Job summary

Fresh Start in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Client Navigator to support women through the Impact Program, guiding them toward self-sufficiency and economic independence. You will conduct intakes, set action steps, and connect clients with education, career, and community resources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or two years of case management experience, some evenings/weekends, and a Spanish language advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field.
• Two years of related case management experience.
• Some nights and/or weekends required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Occasionally lift to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes (Connect Sessions) and identify individualized pathways.
• Support clients through the Impact Program journey with action steps.
• Provide external referrals to services outside Fresh Start’s program scope.
• Schedule appointments with Fresh Start staff and programs as needed.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure progress toward self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with other Client Navigators and departments for referrals and resources.
• Support outreach efforts in the community and with partner organizations.
• Assist with program events and other duties as assigned.
