Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across manufacturing sites and corporate functions in Marion, NC. This hybrid role partners with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles (e.g., CDL, technical), build strong pipelines, provide market insights on compensation and hiring trends, and support inclusive recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or associate with relevant experience accepted.
• 3+ years’ experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
• Experience with manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).

Location: Marion, NC (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Position Summary: Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across our Manufacturing sites and corporate functions in one of our customer facilities in Marion NC. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and HR to create and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.
