Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, along with a valid driver's license and geographic suitability for the assigned territory. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Respond to customer needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consult with clients and referral sources on products and equipment.
• Verify documentation for orders, service scheduling and billing.
• Coordinate patient services with physicians and medical groups.
