Mansfield Service Partners in Houston, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Billing Clerk. No previous billing experience is required. You will learn to review quotes, enter customer invoices, and process billing corrections with support during training.

You will work on-site Monday–Thursday with remote work every Friday, and enjoy benefits such as vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and ability to learn.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Review quotes, pricing, shipping documents, and other information for accuracy.
• Enter billing information and process customer invoices.
• Submit invoices through customer portals.
• Send invoices by email or mail as needed.
• Review requests for invoice corrections and make approved changes.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation.
• Track invoice corrections for monthly reporting.
• Follow established processes and procedures.
• Assist with other billing and administrative tasks as needed.
