Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Input and verify machine count information and compare with customer counts.
• Notify Customer Service of missing count sheets and discrepancies.
• Run daily reports to verify piece counts, readability, and postage accuracy.
• Process USPS payments and review 3600s for stamp accuracy.
• Enter customer data into billing systems and ensure accurate invoicing.
