Percepta is seeking a French bilingual Customer Experience Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will engage with customers and prospects to build loyalty by listening, advising, and resolving issues across sales and service channels.

You will act as a knowledgeable resource, coordinating with dealers and SMEs to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions, while supporting marketing and sales projects with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, call center, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent English and French bilingual fluency (oral and written).
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and build trust with customers.
