The role involves handling a high volume of calls, verifying information with insurers, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following approved scripts while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality/restaurant, office support, or data entry).
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with insurance-related questions and documentation requirements.
• Contact insurance providers to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
• Document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
• Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines.
• Leave professional voicemail messages when necessary.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
