Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is seeking a driven sales professional to lead international logistics business development in the U.S. You will focus on Asia-to-US trade lanes, targeting importers, distributors, and e-commerce sellers, and will sell end-to-end logistics solutions including freight, brokerage, drayage, and warehousing.

The role requires building a strong US client base and achieving revenue targets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in international logistics sales, a track record of meeting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in international logistics, freight forwarding, or NVOCC.
• Established U.S. client base with ability to bring in business within 3–6 months.
• Proven import logistics experience, especially Asia to U.S. trade lanes.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with U.S. importers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce sellers, focusing on Asia to U.S. import shipments.
• Grow an existing book of business to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Sell integrated import solutions including ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, drayage, warehousing, and inventory distribution to U.S. warehouses and retail/Amazon FBA channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers in supply chain, procurement, and operations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with overseas offices, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and carrier rate changes to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
