Qualifications
- Experience in freight brokerage or 3PL environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years in customer service and sales.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with TMS, EDI, and load boards.
- Knowledge of TL/LTL, Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated freight.
- Preferred bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Resolve transportation issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in our system.
- Provide regular logistics reports to management.
- Track and trace shipments with timely updates.
- Broker freight as needed.
