Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Proficient with ATS (Workable) and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with AI-powered sourcing tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across international markets.
• Source exceptional talent using creative strategies and AI-powered tools.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely communication.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on talent availability, benchmarks, and market trends.
• Manage multiple requisitions and maintain hiring velocity.
• Monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes.
• Champion inclusive hiring and fair evaluation practices.
